The CCD imager I use is the Meade Pictor 1616XTE. It has a SCSI connection to the computer to allow fast downloads, a requirement with the large CCD and 16 bit depth.

To help the Pictor camera's internal Peltier cooling system, I installed a 12 volt fan from a computer processor to blow air across the fins. It is a smooth ball-bearing fan so as not to add any vibration during an exposure.

It is simply attached with double-stick foam tape.
