What we like most about our Anza pad is that it is off on the end and a bit away from the other pads. It was situated so that we could put in a "Tuff-Shed" 8' x 12' manufactured building that keeps us warm on those cold winter imaging nights, and provides a place to sleep during long computer-scripted exposures. There is usually a tarp on the frame during the day.

Here are a few shots of our OCA club-owned 22" Kuhn telescope in the roll-off roof observatory. The mount was recently upgraded with new motors, electronics, and gears, along with a fresh silvering of the mirror, making it a true research-grade scope.

A beautiful desert sunset. Don't worry, the clouds will be gone soon after dark!
